Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule a treatment. A late cancelation or missed appointment will result in a $30 fee charged to your account. In the case of unanticipated events including car problems or children's illness, please contact me ASAP. Fees may be waived in these circumstances. 

Late Arrivals

Clients who arrive late to scheduled treatments will not be guaranteed the original full treatment time. Full fees will be charged for the original treatment length.
